A fifty / fifty mix of sites that can be reserved and not reserved seems fair. Without the reservations system I would hesitate to make the 1600 mile plus trip this summer, ( God and gasoline prices willing

) to Lake Irwin in Colorado. I understand both sides of the reservation coin. If you look at coins though, you will notice they have a third side. That is where the two sides meet and agree to become one. Perhaps a little more enforcement of the rules is needed?
