Was it just two days ago we were dealing with 100 degree weather? There are people who won't drive on "backroads" and others who won't use Interstates. We like backroads for their interesting sights and experiences but Interstate 15, south of Nephi, UT, with its many towering snowcapped mountains along its eastern side, is a rather pleasant drive.
