West Fork Oak Creek Trail #108 leads from its trailhead off US Route 89A through the Red Rock Secret Mountain Wilderness to a point where the West Fork Canyon's walls close in, a total of about 14 miles. It is a delightful hike, "rock hopping" across the trail, and taking breaks to let Dani swim and play. Met several people along the way and had pleasant, though brief conversations. There is little wonder why this is the most popular trail in the Coconino National Forest.
