A wave of excitement passes through the crowd as the ferry approaches. Many, like us, have had a jolly good time on Orcas Island but ready for the trip home. FYI - Be aware of a Sunday afternoon return on the ferry. The crowds are huge as the number of tourists swell with the number of folks who spend weekends at their island "cabin."
