Kootenay National Park

We had only a week in Kootenay National Park. What a wonderful introduction to Canada's Rocky Mountain national parks. Here are some of the sights we got to see during our time there. One image missing is of a delicious dish called Pouline. As served in the little Canal Flats cafe, it is a soup bowl filled with fresh hot french fries topped with hot brown gravy and grated mozzarella cheese. After enjoying all the sights, you must try this dish at least one time.
