In Marianna, AR, take State Rt. 44 for 7.4 miles across Bear
Creek Lake Dam to campground sign. At sign, turn right and go
0.8 miles to another campground sign. Turn left at sign and go
2.2 miles to campground.
GENERAL COMMENTS:
The elevation is 80 ft.
This is one of two campgrounds located in the Bear Creek Recreational
Area. The other campground is Beech Point. Campground is located in
hardwood grove. Boats can be tied up close to sites. Several sites
have pleasant view of Bear Creek Lake.

In West Helena, AR, at the intersection of US Rt. 49B and State
Rt. 242/N Fourth, take Rt. 242 (west) 2.2 miles to Storm Creek
Recreation Area sign (County Rt. 217/Storm Creek Rd.). At sign,
turn right and go 4.3 miles to campground sign. Turn left at sign
into campground.
GENERAL COMMENTS:
The elevation is 100 ft.
The campground, located in a hardwood grove near Storm Creek Lake,
is attractive but under maintained.
