Kiss Cookbook (Keep It Simple Suzi)

The KISS cookbook has easy recipes that require only basic cooking skills and fundamental cooking tools. Unlike many cookbooks for campers, this cookbook has recipes prepared over your campfire, a camp stove, and that wonderful luxury found in many recreational vehicles, a microwave oven. I am no chef. My only formal training is a semester of homemaking taken back in the 7th grade, (long before there were microwave ovens and Smart phones) and what I learned from my many disasters. The recipes in this cookbook are simple, not haute cuisine, and they represent good old, tummy filling camp food cooking. None are written in stone. If you want to change something, be my guest, and enjoy your time in the outdoors.
